Ray Fogg Building Methods received the 2010 award for the Industrial Project of the Year from the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association. The 300,000 sq. ft. building addition was recognized by NAIOP for its economic contribution to the City of Aurora, the innovative design and complexity, and the aesthetic and functional qualities of the project.
Michael J. Merle headed the Fogg design-build team throughout the 18-month building cycle, delivering the building to Rotek on time and within Rotek’s original budget.
