Construction Underway at 600 Seasons Business Center in Stow, Ohio

Construction has commenced on a 250,000 square foot modern high-bay distribution center at the Seasons Road & Route 8 interchange in Stow, Ohio. The 250,00 square foot facility, which is located near the corner of Seasons Road and Allen Road, is currently available for lease. This is the eighth building constructed at this interchange by the partnership formed between Ray Fogg Corporate Properties and Brennan Holdings. The building, which has real estate tax abatement in place, will have shell construction completed by late 2025 and will feature clear heights of 32’ – 36’. This development will increase the total square footage owned by the Fogg-Brennan partnership at this interchange to over 1.4 million square feet.
