As an Assistant Controller, she is responsible for day-to-day accounts receivable operations, monthly billing and tenant collections, prepares monthly financial statements and general ledger account reconciliations. Glorya also assists the CFO and Controller with special projects.
Glorya holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Tiffin University, where she graduated magna cum laude and a Bachelors of Business Administration. Glorya has extensive experience in commercial and multi-family residential real estate accounting, having previously held senior accounting roles with national real estate firms.
