Bluestone Business Park Continues Expansion, Brings More New Businesses to Euclid

Seasons Business Center 6, Fogg’s sixth speculative building at the interchange of Route 8 and Seasons Road in Stow, Ohio, has been leased to Haydon Corporation. Haydon will occupy the entire 254,000 square feet beginning in early 2024.

Ray Fogg Corporate Properties tried something new at its third building in Euclid’s Bluestone Business Center. It didn’t work out as planned, as a structure designed to accommodate multiple small tenants recently was gobbled up by one big tenant that leased the entire place.

After leasing 100% of the space less than a year after completing the 102,000 sq. ft. Bluestone Business Center I, Ray Fogg Corporate Properties, LLC has announced that it will commence construction of Bluestone Business Center II as soon as the weather breaks.

Ray Fogg Corporate Properties, LLC has entered into an agreement with BH (Ohio) Leasing, LLC (an affiliate of Brennan Holdings, LLC) to begin development of land strategically located at the intersection of Route 8 and Seasons Road in Stow, Ohio.

After less than a year from its completion, Bluestone Business Center I, a 102,000 sq. ft. industrial building has reached full occupancy.

Mr. Fogg, who founded his company in 1959, has overseen it’s progress to become one of the premiere design/build firms in the region, building over 5,000 projects.
