Joe has extensive experience in multiple types of commercial real estate. He has been responsible for the management of a Class A central business district high-rise office tower, Class A and B suburban office buildings, industrial facilities, government agency facilities and retail developments.
In his career, Joe has been focused on all facets of property operations including creating strong tenant relationships by providing a high level of customer service and superior property maintenance programs.
Joe holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, he holds an Ohio real estate license and is a past president of the Northern Ohio IREM chapter.
Joe attended Dyke College where he earned a B.S. in Accounting.
