Prior experience includes procurement, contract negotiations, estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, safety enforcement, scheduling, project management and controls, project profitability, quality control and assurance, and project closeout.
John will provide strategic leadership and direction for construction management including strengthening internal design and operational processes, focusing on client satisfaction, advancing business processes through innovation and continuous improvement, and supporting the development of staff through mentorship and training.
John is a native of Rossford, Ohio and attended St. Francis de Sales High School in Toledo, Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Ohio Dominion University. He is a Certified Construction Manager through CMAA, a LEED accredited professional through the USGBC, and a Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction. He currently resides in Aurora, Ohio with his family.
