Fogg Expands Custom Culinary

State and local leaders joined Custom Culinary for a ceremonial groundbreaking on the expansion of their Avon, Ohio manufacturing plant. Fogg designed and built the original building in 2005 and was an obvious choice to perform the 14,000 sq. ft. expansion that nearly doubles the Avon Commerce Parkway plant. The expansion includes cooler and freezer space as well as additional space for shipping and receiving. Custom Culinary is investing $5 million in the expansion and adding 17 new jobs, more than a 50% increase in current staffing levels.

Custom Culinary manufactures the finest quality and most authentic tasting food bases, sauces, and gravies for foodservice and food processing professionals, which are sold around the world.
