Fogg Represents Seller of Dow Circle Building

Mark Ray, Vice President of Ray Fogg Corporate Properties, LLC, represented the Perry Rosenstein Trust in the sale of their building on Dow Circle in Strongsville, Ohio to an affiliate of Precision Production for $1.35 million. It was appropriate that Fogg’s real estate brokerage company was involved in the sale of the property, given Fogg’s history with the building. Ray Fogg Building Methods, Inc. constructed the building in 1995 and expanded it in 2004 at which time it was occupied by Brighton Best. The facility will be converted into a manufacturing facility. Fogg congratulates both Perry Rosenstein and Precision Production on this successful transaction.
