Fogg built to suit and leased 32,000 sq. ft. to Remedi, which became the initial “anchor” tenant of a larger multi-tenant facility. The new facility includes large open customer service office areas while accommodating employee/customer training areas and the pharmaceutical distribution operations. Fogg completed the shell building and Remedi’s specialized improvements in 6 months, allowing Remedi to concurrently install much of their equipment to meet their start up deadlines. Remedi SeniorCare is a United States-based institutional pharmacy business, serving a growing number of facilities extending from the Mid-Atlantic to the Midwest.
